Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard session fee: ₹1,000 per 60-minute session.

Booking deposit: ₹100 is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.

Balance payment: The remaining ₹900 is payable at the time of your session (in-person or prior to an online consultation).

24 hours or more before the session: You are eligible for a 100% refund of your ₹100 booking deposit, or you may reschedule to the next available date without forfeiting your deposit.

Less than 24 hours (up to 5 hours) before the session: You may reschedule to an available date; deposit refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Within 5 hours / no-show: Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the session, or non-attendance without prior notice, are non-refundable. The ₹100 booking deposit will be forfeited to compensate for the reserved slot.

Please include your full name, appointment date and time in your message. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

In the rare event that the psychologist needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, you will be notified immediately. You may choose to reschedule to the next earliest available slot, or receive a 100% full refund of any amount paid.
